Hi there! I’m Sam, a Florida-based registered clinical social work intern (License #ISW19871) offering telehealth-only therapy for teens, adults, and children ages 10 and up. I specialize in supporting individuals working through Anxiety, Life Transitions, and Religious Trauma, including those navigating faith deconstruction and spiritual abuse.
I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a trauma-informed approach that helps people process painful memories and emotional blocks that may still be impacting their daily lives. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for a shift, therapy can be a powerful space to begin that process.
In session, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you feel heard, grounded, and empowered as we explore your story and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, develop meaningful coping strategies, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you truly are.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy watching documentaries, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with my very opinionated Yorkie, Merida. I'm also a graduate student at Emory University, where I’m pursuing a Master of Divinity to further support my passion for helping clients work through religious trauma and spiritual questions with care and understanding.
I’m currently under the supervision of Jessica DiMaria, LCSW, as I continue growing in my clinical practice.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
